About Me

Hi, I’m Nick, a Voice Dialogue Facilitator. I help clients reconnect with their inner selves through Parts Work and Shadow Work, reconciling the parts that drive chronic patterns, emotional turbulence, and self-sabotage by drawing on the wisdom already within them.
I am deeply grateful to Richard L. Goodman, Voice Dialogue and Shadow Work professional, Chinese Medicine expert, and mentor, whose guidance in facilitating inner voices and teaching me this practice has been invaluable.
My background includes training in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), a Life Coach Training program by Christine Hassler, Eckhart Tolle seminars, and formal studies in Psychoanalysis. My work is further informed by extensive mindfulness practice.

Period of Meditation and Contemplation - Inner Path Counselling

After completing my studies at 25, I left academic research behind to devote myself fully to inner psychological and spiritual work, seeking tools and approaches that would benefit me and that I could share with others.
Two years before, at 23, I had committed to daily meditation, a practice that deepened over the years and led me to spend approximately three years in Buddhist monasteries. This included time in Zen communities and nearly two years living as a monk in the Thai Forest Tradition.

Parts Work and Shadow Work became especially transformative in my own journey. They helped me understand my various inner selves and reconcile conflicting parts within me. For example, the “Pusher” aspects of my personality, once driving me relentlessly forward, have become more balanced, allowing me to be more present and move through life with far less overwhelm and stress.

This personal transformation, combined with extensive training across psychological and spiritual modalities, has strengthened my confidence in supporting others through Online Counselling.
